Logistics industry, based on the resp. advantage of Shaanxi Ankang HighTech Industries Development Zone’s crossroads position 

Shaanxi Ankang HighTech Industries Development Zone will invest RMB 3 bn. and an area of 700 acres (283,4), 

to realize 8 service functions including coverage of merchandise trade exhibition, trade fairs network, storage and processing, 

logistics and distribution, independent entrepreneurs, business exhibition, financial services and other services.

Logistics Town

This “Logistics Town” will be situated in range with Ankang HTZ’s executive core business area and become a large and most 

advanced commercial logistics place, which is going to cover an area of 700 Mu (0. 467 km2) and will be constructed with an investment 

of RMB 3 bn. The “Logistics Town” shall comprise five centres: 

the ”Online Contract Centre”, the “Online Trade Centre”, the “Exhibition Centre”, the “Intelligent Logistics Centre” 

and the “OnlineBusiness Service Centre”. 

The five Centres are conceived to promote “Tianmao Logistics Town” as an advanced and comprehensive ecological centre combining 

in a unique way the functions of service cum products exhibition, for sales of products cum distribution logistics, also for storage and processing, 

for enterprise incubation, for financial services, for comprehensive electronic commerce, and for other services.

The advanced operation mode is supposed to generate further new advantages for the development of Ankang’s industry. 

HTZ will provide an example, while guiding enterprises of southern Shaanxi Province to renew their inventiveness for operation and for innovation 

facilitating the economic development of Ankang City, may be even, of the whole province.

In addition, the transportation advantage of Ankang, the professional operation and management mode is meant to promote logistics in terms of 

intellectual creativeness, as well as of availability of a capital and information level, so as to drive relevant industries more swiftly into further development.

The “Logistics Town” shall be located in a distance of about five km from downtown, and one km away from the entrance to Shiyan&Tianshui Motorway.

 It is also close to the State Highway No.316 and to Qin Ling Avenue. Eventually, “Logistics Town” is meant to become the most potential commercial 

logistics area of Ankang and of her ambient region to further pursue the transportation advantage of the City, in a bid to further improve scale and level 

of Ankang City’s logistic industry as a whole.

The City’s programme also foresees to provide a fresh shape to the logistic business centre at Shaanxi&Sichuan&Chongqing&Hubei’s conjunction area, 

when the “LogisticsTown will have started operation. The complete planning scheme shall be realized in a two‘steps’ sequence: 

During the first move, an area reconstruction worth RMB 300 mio/a shall be achieved to solve the urgent need for jobs for~10,000 people. 

which, by the way, will bring the City an income by taxes worth  ~RMB 100,mio/a. During the second move, upon completion of all projected constructions, 

the trading volume is supposed to soon reach an amount of RMB 10 bn/a, thus alleviating the job request issue of 30,000 people and, simultaneously, 

and realizing a tax income of RMB 1 bn/a.

transferred to Pingli County.
