with a greenery rate of 78%, in which RMB 800 mio have been invested. The parks and their ambient area shall allow for
a combined way of living, of business, along with offices, of shopping, of leisure, of sports and of amusement,
so as to satisfy the requirements of both substantive and ideational life of residents.
High-Tech Eco-Sports Park
is projected to cover 415.1 Mu (~0.277 km2), comprise a golf green, a children’s “paradise”,
and a sports park. It has been conceived as a composite sports and leisure park.
"High-Tech Eco-Sports Park"was projected to cover 311.66 Mu (0.208 km2) and was designed as a “placer” and
'phoenix culture theme park” waiting for visitors by the Zhongyuan Shopping Mall,
which is supposed to become an important trump card of AnkHTZ or even Ankang City.
As a gateway park,
"HighTech Ecocultrual Park” is projected to cover 282.35 Mu (0.188 km2) and was designed to
be located right behind the Gaoxin Avenue and at the opposite side of the highway exit.
There are 11 view spots in this cultural park showing allegories of the nine counties and one district of
Ankang being Pingli Nüwa Aerolite Myth Stone, Hanbin Liyushan Mountain, Shiquan Houliu Ancient Town,
Zhenping Tianshengqiao Bridge, Ziyang Leigutai, Xunyang Tai ji Town, Langao Nangongshan Mountain,
Ningshan Ziwu Path , Hanyin Fengyan Ancient Terraces, Baihe Yue’er Pool; Window of HTZ.
When construction of the three themes parks will be completed, the centre of Ankang City will be gradually
relocated to the northern part of the City, so as to allow for the projected conspicuous appearance of one place
consisting of three districts: the “New District” of the “Modern City”, the District combining
“High-Tech Industry” and an “Innovation Demonstration District”.
This new aspect will be for the medium term future to be realised , when both the number of population and of
business opportunities will have increased, as expected.
The largest Amusement Park of Northwestern China shall become reality,
in the most extended amusement park of northwestern China.
“Ankang Children’s Amusement Park”
will be constructed with an investment of RMB 280 mio on a surface of > 140 Mu (~93,333 m2), whereby the construction area
shall come up to 29,800㎡.
Main objects of the construction will be the “Entrance Square Area”, the “Happy Age” Area, the “Children’s Experience” Area,
the Area “Exploration of Haven”, the “Heroes Town” Area” and the “SuperScale Park” Area”. Embedded therein shall be
the“4star Wedding Theme Hotel”, the Shopping Mall, the Management Offices, a “Medical Security Station,
and convenient stores such as “Chinese & Western-Style Restaurants” etc.
The mid & large Scale Amusement Infrastructure will cover >6000 ㎡ including:
· “six links roller coaster”,
·a 52 m-high Astrojet with a 68 seats “Merry-Go-Round”,
·an 18m-high driftage slide,
·"5-D Cinema”,
·"Celebrity Wax-Works Museum” with 23 programs.
The geographical position of the Project will be on the “Gold Mile” of Ankang HTZ, otherwise,
next to Qinling Avenue No.2, and adjacent to the EcoSports Park, the EcoBusiness Park and the “EcoCultural Park.
The northern part of the Project will be about 3 km away from Ankang’s downtown area, with its northwestern part,
next to the State Hhighway No. 316, the southeastern part, on Qinling AvenueThe project is meant to top off the Projects of
“HTZ Modern Town”, “HTZ International School”, “Ankang University”. However crowded “Ankang’s Happy Land” may be,
transportation conditions to reach the area are very convenient, since more than ten bus lines and stop over there.
To reach the train station being Baotou&Maoming Motorway Station, and Shiyan&Tianshui Motorway Station,
it will take a ride of just five minutes by car. To Ankang Fuqiang Airport, there will be just a ride of 10 km.
All of these opportunities can therefore best satisfy visitors’ needs.
After completion of the construction, the “Super Amusement Park” marking the beacon of Ankang,
even of the entire southern Shaanxi and mid-Shaanxi Province, will outshine other buildings.
This project will also become a top class and ecological one posing
a natural source of fresh air, which can be enjoyed there and attract a huge number of visitors.
As it illustrates the idea of being one coherent park with many themes, a highquality, safety,
orderly amusement environment may be encountered; it portrays the idea of serving customers professionally,
and will support onestop services, such as leisure, restaurant, living, transportation and shopping.
