The “Modern Town Park” Project consists of 26 tall buildings providing homes for 3900 households 

and covering an area of 200 mu (13.3 ha or 133,333 m2). It is embedded in a parklike environment of greeneries and trees.

Space of the construction area reaches 500,000 m2, with a floor ratio is 2.7; and a greenery rate 40%. 

The Park is designed as the new “Hui Pai”style Aarea (Style of the Province of Anhui), 

to epitomize the “Qinba Area” (a mountainous area in the Southeast of Ankang, where the borders of 

six provinces of China are intersecting). The complex shows a comprehensive and advanced infrastructure. 

It is, otherwise,  situated  opposite to the of hightech International Middle School, and located in the east of Huayuan Avenue, 

in core area of AnkHTZ. 

Traffic around “Modern Town Park” is very convenient to the motorwaygate and to the train station of Ankang, 

which may be reached within about five minutes’ time. The southern part of downtown may be reached within 

about eight minutes’ time , whereas Ankang Fuqiang Airport may be reached  by a walk of about ten minutes’ time.

A walk to the BiogicalBusiness Park, will cost a stroller just ten minutes’ time. 

To reach the BiogicalCultural Park, Ankang’s “Mother and Children'sCare Service Centre” and  Hightech Children’s Hospital, a

 walk of just two minutes’ time has to be estimated. Ankang International Hotel, also the largest “Children’s Amusement Park” 

of northwestern China, may be reached within a radius of about 500 m from “Hightech Modern Town”.

Within and around the “Modern Town Park”, advanced models of  greenery parks, hospitals, shopping malls, a sports square, 

leisure facilities may be found with an ensemble of an exemplary character, perhaps even, for northwestern China.

For its welldesigned appearance, “Modern Town Park” is called the “Gleaming Pearl of AnkHTZ”.
