The 12345 hotline is an important channel for the masses to reflect on troublesome, worrying, and troublesome matters. 12345+ Grid Governance.Comprehensive implementation of the 12345+ Grid Member work model, implementing service prepositioning, linking with community grid members, proactively collecting various potential demands closely related to the lives of the masses, shifting from passive complaint transfer to active participation in governance. Adhering to the principle of one network coverage, focusing on government departments entering grids, promoting faster response to grid demands, more precise transfer, and more efficient solutions. To date, a total of 11,284 pieces of public demands have been resolved with a resolution rate of 100% and a satisfaction rate that continues to rise. 

12345+ Risk Prevention and Control. Focusing on platform interaction, deepening service efforts, adhering to the principle that small grids integrate into big governance, using data analysis to sort out popular demands raised by the masses, enabling grid members to be more targeted and forward-looking during patrols and visits, forming a preemptive action without complaint work warning prompt, ensuring that issues are quickly resolved and feedback is provided promptly, stopping conflicts before they occur, thereby reducing complaint risks and simplifying the difficulty of resolving group demands. 12345+ Style Supervision. Insisting on building the 12345+ Style Supervision linkage mechanism as an important means to strengthen the construction of a clean and honest Party conduct and linking hotline complaints with letters and visits reporting effectively, jointly carrying out in-depth rectification of prominent problems affecting and destroying the business environment throughout the region.
